Hey guys, in this fun episode I will show you one really useful and little known technique how to remove people form the background automatically in Photoshop. You can use this same method to remove any kind of objects, not just people.
Have fun!
P.S. I will not provide an exercise files for this one, because it is more then enough to know how to do it, and then when you need it, you can apply this technique on your photos.
Great tutorial
Thank you!
I have taken photos of a golf tournament for the last 10 years for the company I worked for and always have had an issue with the guys wearing hats and darkening their faces but the rest of the photo is great. I use a Nikon D7000. The last few years I have taken a 3 bracketed shot and then auto align them then do the auto blending of the layers which seem to work using last years pictures. I have also tried to do the control/alt/2 and inverted it to lighten the dark faces. All that said it still takes time to do is there a better way of doing this?
Your videos are great and informative and I enjoy watching them as I am new to Photoshop. Over the years in the past I used Corel-photopaint to produce my group pictures but no comparison to Photoshop. Thanks again for the great work you do Nemanja.
Well, there is no easy way of doing it. I would open the shadows in a CR, and then probably use Curves and mask to brighten just the faces. Or do all that in CR with a brush and busting the exposure.
